Well, Guess what?! Tech giant Google has just made its $149 worth Nik (photo editing software) collection totally free of cost! And on top of that, google has offered to refund the money to everyone who had bought the software earlier this year. A very generous move by google is what we can say and a good one too.

Nik is a German company acquired by google in the year 2012. Nik had developed the mobile app Snapseed, and also a bunch of amazing plugins for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. The Nik collection was originally priced at $500 before google acquired it and reduced the price to a mere $150. Even though the users have welcomed the move by google to make Nik collection free, it has also raised concerns about the future of Nik collections amongst the users. People fear that Nik collection might be discontinued like how Snapseed was killed off in 2013. Let's just hope nothing of that happens and google continues to develop Nik collection!. So, what are you waiting for?!. Go and download these amazing softwares that google has made free and enjoy!!..
